Sorrisniva opened the premium Arctic Wilderness Lodge on October 1st, 2021. The new 24 suite lodge has been built at Sorrisniva on the banks of the internationally renowned Alta river in Norway’s high Arctic. The lodge enables Sorrisniva to supplement their traditional ice hotel and wilderness activities with year-round premium suite accommodation together with new lounge and restaurant areas. The development has created a unique Arctic Wilderness Lodge experience for discerning guests wishing to experience the traditional Sorrisniva seasonal offerings including the Ice Hotel, Northern Lights, Midnight Sun, snowmobile safaris and river boat excursions whilst staying in a premium quality lodge enjoying the world famous Sorrisniva cuisine and hospitality.
