Northern Light Snowshoe Hike

Getting right into the heart of the landscape via trekking isn’t off-limits during the winter – it’s just more commonly known as snowshoeing. Snowshoeing is a popular recreational activity for those who want to continue exploring the Arctic wilderness by foot, even during the season of heavy snowfall. This is an ideal way to experience the great outdoors and wander away from light pollution, increasing your chances of witnessing the natural phenomenon of Aurora Borealis. Our guides will teach you how to use snowshoes, and take you wild ways in safe hands. If we are lucky we will be able to dance with Lady Aurora. Though - to realize how small we are in relation to the grand, wild nature, is priceless in itself. After about 1 hour we will find a place to make a bonfire camp and enjoy warm drinks and local snacks while we wait for the Northern Lights to appear.
